DokDok 2021 - Germany's leading conference for doctoral researchers in photonics

DoKDoK is a scientific conference for doctoral (PhD) and Master students in all areas of optics and photonics. The established series conferences aims to help young researchers to connect with each other, exchange knowledge, polish their conference presentation skills by offering an authentic atmosphere for scientific exchange at eye level.

The upcoming edition of our successful DokDok conference series had been originally been planned for September 2020, but, due to uncertainties concerning the regional pandemic situation, had to be postponed. Now we are happy and confident to announce that the next DoKDoK is planned for 15-19 March 2021 in beautiful Arnstadt!

DoKDoK is a scientific conference for doctoral (PhD) and Master's degree students in all areas of optics and photonics. The conferences aims to help young researchers to connect with each other, exchange knowledge, polish their conference presentation skills by offering an authentic atmosphere for scientific exchange at eye level. DoKDoK is hosted by the Abbe School of Photonics and the Jena Alliance Life in Focus - A Carl Zeiss Foundation Project. The conference is traditionally organized by a team of doctoral students of this graduate school.
