ZIK ULTRA OPTICS STATUS SEMINAR 2014

On 27 March 2014, the second status seminar in the second funding round of the Centre for Innovation Competence (ZIK) Ultra Optics will be held at the Fraunhofer Institute of Optics and Precision Mechanics. Ultra Optics, which is also the first of ACP's three key research areas, makes fundamental contributions to understand the physical and technological possibilities and limitations of monitoring and controlling the properties of light that form the basis for the representation of future optical systems. It will create the requirements for basic elements of an optical system technology which allows the step from discrete components to fully integrated functional units. Invited speakers at the status seminar include key individuals in this field both from academic science, industry and politics. See the full program for the list of speakers and the schedule.
